A: The old Account ID refers to the original account associated with your purchased license. It is the Account ID you used when initially purchased the license.

Q3: What is the new Account ID?

A: The new Account ID is the account you wish to associate with the restored license. It may be a new account or one you've switched to after changing devices or platforms.

Q4: I lost my old Account ID. What should I do?

A: If you’ve lost access to your original Account ID, you can fill out This Form. to request a manual license restore.

Q5: Who is eligible for license restoration?

A: Only users with a Lifetime license are eligible for license restoration. Monthly licenses are not supported.

Q6: How many times can I restore my Lifetime license?

A: A Lifetime license can be restored up to 3 times. After that, a new license purchase is required.

Q7: Can I reuse my license on another computer?

A: Yes. If you're switching to a new computer, you can restore your Lifetime license using the restore form — as long as you haven’t exceeded the 3-time limit.

A: After your license is successfully restored, simply refresh your account in the app’s account section to see the changes. You will get instant license without any wait.

A: Yes, you can restore your Lifetime license on multiple devices as long as you haven’t exceeded the restore limit of 3 times.
