Q1: Where can I find my Account ID?

A: You can find your Account ID in the app’s Account section. Use the Copy button next to it to easily copy ID without errors.

Q2: What is the old Account ID?

A: The Old Account ID is the one linked to your purchased license — the ID you used when you first bought it. You can find it in your old app's account section. Make sure this account should have a Lifetime license.

Q3: What is the new Account ID?

A: The New Account ID is the account you want to transfer your license to from your old account. Make sure this account doesn’t already have a Lifetime license.

Q4: I lost my old Account ID. What should I do?

A: If you’ve lost access to your original Account ID, you can fill out This Form. to request a manual license restore.

Q5: Who is eligible for license restoration?

A: Only users with a Lifetime license are eligible for license restoration. Monthly licenses are not supported.

Q6: How many times can I restore my Lifetime license?

A: A Lifetime license can be restored up to 3 times. After that, a new license purchase is required.

Q7: Can I Transfer/Reuse my license on another computer?

A: Yes. If you're switching to a new computer, you can restore your Lifetime license using the restore form — as long as you haven’t exceeded the 3-time limit.

Q8: What happens after my license is successfully restored?

A: After your license is successfully restored, simply refresh your account in the app’s account section to see the changes. You will get instant license without any wait.

Q9: Can I restore my license on multiple devices?

A: Yes, you can restore your Lifetime license on multiple devices as long as you haven’t exceeded the restore limit of 3 times.

Q10: I received an error while restoring my license. What should I do?

A: If you encounter an error while restoring, ensure you’re using the correct Old Account ID (Lifetime license Purchased details should be found in your old account ID).
