Cancellation & Refund Policy – Warlord Softwares

1. Digital Products Policy

Our products are digital and delivered instantly. Therefore:

• No refund after product activation or download.
• No refund for wrong purchase or change of mind.
• No refund for system incompatibility unless the product is faulty.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing cycle.

3. Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases)

A refund may be approved only for:

• Duplicate payments
• Failure to download the product
• Product not working as described, and issue unresolved within 7 days

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds take 5–7 business days and are issued to the original payment method.
